We're now looking for a confident, stylish, and sales-driven Senior Fashion Consultant to join our retail team in Delhi NCR. If you've worked in luxury/premium fashion retail, especially in menswear or tailored services, and love helping clients look sharp and feel amazing — this is your runway. ✨ Why Join Minizmo? ✅ Work with a premium luxury menswear brand ✅ Attractive incentives and rewards for top performance ✅ Get trained in styling, fabric knowledge, and MTM fittings ✅ Supportive team, professional growth, and a well-designed store environment ✅ Weekly offs & strong work-life balance What You’ll Do Greet and consult walk-in clients on styling, fit, and fabric preferences Handle and assist with Made-to-Measure (MTM) fittings, trials, and orders Deliver exceptional client service, including after-sales support Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store success Maintain detailed records and coordinate with tailoring/master teams Build long-term client relationships through trust, style advice, and consistency What We’re Looking For 2–10 years of experience in luxury/premium fashion retail (store-facing) Excellent grooming and communication skills Passion for men’s fashion, styling, and tailored wardrobes Prior experience in MTM, bespoke clothing, or styling advisory is a big plus ❗ Kindly Note: This is a front-end retail sales role — not a design or studio-based role. Candidates from fashion design backgrounds can apply if they have relevant in-store retail sales experience.
