Senior Project Engineer

We specialize in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology integration services. Location: Long Beach, CA Employment Type: Full‑time Schedule: Monday‑Friday (on‑site, in‑person only) Salary: $105,000 − $130,000, plus performance‑based bonus (potentially) Level: Mid‑Level Sr.

Project Engineer Requirements Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the construction industry as a project engineer or similar, including major capital projects Design‑Build experience preferred; CMAR experience is a plus Institutional/Higher Education experience preferred but not required CSU experience is a plus but not required Experience working for a general contractor on large construction projects is a plus Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude Duties of the Sr. Project Engineer Provide design, technical, and administrative support during preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases Manage project document control, including circulating, receiving, tracking, and maintaining organized files (e.g., plans, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, schedules) Oversee document management throughout all phases of design development and permitting P2S is an equal opportunity employer.
