Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating training and development programs. The HR Manager will also handle payroll, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and culture. Qualifications Experience in recruitment and onboarding; strong ability to identify and attract top talent Proficiency in developing HR policies and implementing strategies for employee engagement and performance management Knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing personnel and payroll systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus Previous experience in the education or consulting sector is an advantage
