Marketing Manager

Konversa Global is one of India's leading Study Abroad Consultancies and Foreign Language Training Institutes. We help students and professionals achieve their international education, career, and migration goals through expert counseling, language training, and global partnerships. We are looking for a highly accountable Marketing Manager who can independently manage and scale our digital presence, lead generation efforts, brand visibility, and overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth and visibility. Manage social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Google Business Profile). Run and optimize Meta & Google Ads to generate quality leads within CPL targets.

Create and oversee content calendars, campaigns, and brand messaging. Improve SEO performance, website traffic, and conversions. Manage influencer collaborations and strategic partnerships.

Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns using data insights. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing. Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
