Harmonization of Compensation & Benefits Structures • Analyze existing compensation and benefits structures across all Indian locations • Design and implement a harmonized and transparent total rewards framework • Standardize salary bands, job architectures, and benefit components • Reduce complexity and ensure internal equity • Lead transformation initiatives 2. Compensation Strategy & Governance • Translate and implement global compensation strategies at country level • Ensure competitiveness within the Indian labor market • Closely collaborate with global and regional C&B teams 3. Market Analysis & Benchmarking • Conduct and manage salary and benefits benchmarking for India • Monitor market trends (e.g., variable pay, benefits, retention models) 4.

Variable Pay & Incentives • Harmonize bonus and incentive programs according to global guidelines • Support the execution of annual compensation review cycles • 5. Benefits Management • Harmonize and optimize the benefits portfolio (e.g., insurance, retirement, allowances) • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements • Manage external providers and vendors 6. Governance, Compliance & Regulation • Ensure compliance with all local regulations in India • Implement clear compensation policies and decision frameworks • Support audits and internal controls
