Assistant Manager/ Manager – Microsoft Technologies (.Net/ Share Point) Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 10+ Years Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager/ Manager – Microsoft Technologies (.Net/ Share Point) with over 10 years of industry experience in SharePoint Online (architecture & hands-on development), deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CRM & Finance & Operations), and a solid foundation in .NET technologies. The candidate needs to be a highly accountable and self-driven professional capable of architecting, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions end-to-end. The role requires the ability to lead technical discussions with senior business and IT stakeholders, drive solution architecture and delivery, and effectively manage vendor relationships (including vendor evaluation, negotiations, and governance).

Strong communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, learning and intrapreneurial skills are essential to successfully deliver technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities ·Own end-to-end solutioning and delivery across SharePoint Online, knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O modules Hands-on development of custom solutions using .NET, SharePoint frameworks, and integration services Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs Drive integrations across Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure) Lead vendor interactions for Dynamics implementations Act as primary point of contact for enhancements and issue resolution Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices Support continuous platform improvements Mandatory Skills & Experience Deep experience in SharePoint Online (SPFx, APIs, workflows) Knowledge in Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 F&O Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps preferred) MS SQL Server, Azure DevOps, PowerShell Soft Skills Strong individual contributor mindset with ownership Independent problem-solving ability Proactive and intrapreneurial in behavior Strong stakeholder management and vendor communication Ability to drive discussions and technical decisions We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
