Senior Business System Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst for our client who meets the following criteria: Language: English Security Clearance: Reliability Location of Work: Hybrid – The resources must be able to attend a Canadian Forces Base to complete the registration of their Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Card. Mandatory requirements: All security requirements as specified in Annex Security Requirements Checklist (SRCL) must be met at the time of Contract Award. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst on enterprise-level business transformation within the last fifteen (15) years. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years performing data mapping and data integration analysis between multiple systems. For the experience to qualify, it must include the following activities: Mapping: Mapping data fields between source and target systems; Analysis: Analyzing data structures, formats, and relationships across systems; and Documentation: Producing data mapping documentation supporting migration or integration activities. The Bidder’s proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years of data modelling and database design. For the experience to qualify, it must include the following activities: Developing conceptual and/or logical data models; Defining relationships between data entities; Designing or modifying database structures or schemas; and Supporting system interoperability through structured data design. The Bidder’s proposed resource must demonstrate a minimum of Five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years of analyzing system integration and interface dependencies across enterprise environments. For the experience to qualify, it must include the following activities: Interactions: Identifying interactions between systems, applications, and external platforms; Documentation: Documenting integration points, dependencies, and data exchanges; Analysis: Analyzing interoperability constraints across legacy and modern systems; and Integrations: Supporting integration considerations for enterprise modernization initiatives.

The Bidder’s proposed resource must have five (5) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years of using SQL or equivalent data querying tools to analyze or validate data. For the experience to qualify, it must include the following activities: Queries: Querying databases to extract and validate data; Data Structure Analysis: Supporting analysis of data structures or trends; System or Business Analysis: Using data outputs to support system or business analysis activities.
