Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with 7+ years of overall experience and hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) implementations. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional documentation. Configure and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams.
Support UAT, deployments, and post-go-live activities. Recommend best practices and process improvements. Required Skills: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ. Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Product Catalog, Pricing, Product Rules, Quote Management, Contracts, Renewals, and Subscriptions. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Experience working in Agile environments. Preferred: Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Business Analyst Certification.
Experience with Salesforce Billing and ERP integrations is a plus.
