Profile Overview: Responsible for completing projects within specified timelines, troubleshooting effectively, and delivering optimal results. Proven experience in MEP design and implementation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact positively with clients Responsibilities: • Assist Team Lead in diverse BIM projects. • Create 3D models of MEP services at different levels of development, including coordination with other trade services, shop drawings, and coordination drawings. • Conduct point cloud to BIM conversion, Revit family creation, and Builders work drawings. • Perform self-quality checks and generate drawings to meet customer requirements. • Act as a supportive and motivating team member, guiding trainees. • Work effectively under pressure, maintaining balance. • Capture new growth opportunities with confidence and assist in clash detection. Qualification, Experience, and Skills: • B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. • Over 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in US BIM projects. • Insights on Fabrication CADMEP & Dynamo are advantageous. • Proficient in Revit & Navisworks Manage software. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Team player with listening and motivational abilities in diverse MEP projects.
