Join the North America Brand Creative team as a Creative Operations Manager focused on planning and operational management. This 12-month contract role is key to aligning creative resources and enhancing brand storytelling. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all operational aspects related to resource management for creative projects.

You will partner with various teams to ensure projects have the right resources and timelines. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and process implementation will contribute to the culture of excellence within the creative team. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee strategic resource planning and project prioritization • Ensure clarity on project intake and timelines using Monday.com • Coordinate creative casting for internal and external projects • Track creative capacity using the Forecast tool • Manage freelance roster, including onboarding and contract management Requirements: • 5-7 years of experience in Creative Operations • Familiarity with external creative partnerships • Strong skills in analytical thinking and operational efficiency • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • A passionate advocate for brand creativity and operational success Utilize your expertise to enhance brand initiatives while leading a team of creatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
