Clinic Operations Manager / Practice Manager Location: Adyar, Chennai Employment: Full-time Male candidate preferred A Premier Skincare Facility is looking for an experienced, trustworthy and commercially strong Clinic Operations Manager to independently handle the day-to-day non-clinical management of our dermatology, hair, laser and aesthetic clinic. The purpose of this role is to allow the doctor to focus mainly on consultations and procedures while the manager takes responsibility for clinic operations, staff performance, patient counseling, conversions and revenue follow-ups. Preferred Candidate Profile - Dentist, medical graduate, hospital administrator or experienced healthcare professional preferred - Minimum 3โ5 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare sales, patient counseling or treatment conversions - Previous experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, dental, cosmetic surgery, hair or premium healthcare clinic preferred - Excellent spoken English and Tamil - Strong negotiation, counseling, objection-handling and sales-closing skills - Pleasant, confident, well-groomed and professional personality - Experience managing staff, targets, patient follow-ups and clinic performance - Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM and clinic-management software Key Responsibilities - Manage complete day-to-day clinic operations - Supervise front-office staff, therapists, nurses and support staff - Handle staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, training and performance - Counsel patients regarding treatments, packages, pricing and session plans - Follow up with enquiries and consultation with patients - Improve consultation-to-treatment conversions and patient retention - Track daily, weekly and monthly revenue and conversion performance - Ensure calls, WhatsApp enquiries, appointments and follow-ups are handled promptly - Monitor billing, discounts, pending payments and daily financial closure - Manage patient experience and resolve non-medical complaints - Monitor inventory, consumables, medicines, expiry and wastage - Coordinate with marketing teams, vendors, accountants and internal staff - Submit clear daily and weekly reports to the Medical Director - Take ownership of routine operational issues without requiring constant supervision Key Performance Areas - Treatment conversion rate - Monthly revenue achievement - Lead and patient follow-up completion - Appointment attendance and reduced no-shows - Patient satisfaction and retention - Staff productivity and discipline - Inventory accuracy and reduced wastage - Smooth clinic functioning with minimal involvement from the doctor Interested candidates should share: - Updated CV - Recent photograph - Current and expected salary - Notice period - Relevant clinic-management and counseling experience - Two professional references Requirements Important Requirements The candidate must be honest, responsible, organized, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
