Require a Senior Operations Manager in Bengaluru

Lead and manage all operational functions across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs. Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase scalability. Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation, workflow management, and performance tracking.

Identify process bottlenecks and drive data-informed improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational frameworks. Collaborate with department heads (Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to ensure cohesive execution and cross-functional synergy. Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards to track operational health and progress.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor contracts to ensure financial accountability and optimal resource utilization. Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering professional development and high performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and industry best practices.

Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership on operational matters and strategic initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2–5 years of progressive experience in operations management within a business services or corporate environment. Proven track record of leading teams, managing complex operational processes, and delivering measurable results.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and ERP systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in process optimization, change management, and project management methodologies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team development, accountability, and performance culture. Familiarity with compliance standards and risk management frameworks in business operations.
