Software Developer III — Legacy Modernization (Oracle 19c)

RESPEC is seeking an experienced Software Developer III to work with a Texas state agency on a legacy modernization initiative. This role involves migrating data and applications from a Natural/ADABAS environment to modern Oracle infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software development experience, strong skills in Natural and ADABAS, and familiarity with Agile processes.
