Key Responsibilities :Architecture & Design : Architect, build, and scale highly available, reliable, and secure software applications and distributed systems .Technical Leadership : Lead the technical direction of critical projects, making key decisions on technology stacks, tools, and design patterns .Code Excellence : Write production-ready, highly optimized code and enforce best practices through rigorous code reviews and pair programming .Mentorship & Culture : Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a highly collaborative and continuous-learning team environment .Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps to scope technical requirements and define project roadmaps .System Optimization : Proactively identify bottlenecks, technical debt, and system vulnerabilities, and engineer proactive strategies to resolve them .
