Role Details Position: Freelance Site Manager Location: Cardiff Duration: 8 months Key Responsibilities Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation Coordinate snagging and handover procedures at project completion Requirements Proven experience working on similar schemes with a joinery background Proven experience working in a healthcare setting Strong leadership and organisational skills In date tickets - SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work Ability to reliably commute to Cardiff #J-18808-Ljbffr
