Assistant Store Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager (ASM) at Pandora, you will fully immerse yourself in the brand, culture, and products, taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, ensuring smooth operations, and creating unforgettable shopping moments. Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers. Exceed commercial targets and KPIs, setting new records and achieving remarkable success. Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.

Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real‑time feedback and guidance to empower them to achieve KPI goals. Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Build your network and help bring the best talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring, including Sales Associates and Sales Leads.

Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on‑brand operation. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to charm and captivate audiences. Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, able to deliver positive results. Excellent time‑management skills, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems. At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
