Role Summary: Responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with global data privacy regulations by assessing risks, advising stakeholders, and strengthening privacy controls across business processes .

Mainly we are seeking a resource with strong expertise in agreement / DPA review, RFP response, customer due diligence and the ability to independently manage the endtoend thirdparty due diligence program. The role requires handson ownership of contract risk assessment, vendor privacy due diligence, and coordination with business, legal, and procurement tea ms Key Responsibilit ies es:Conduct Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and privacy risk assessments Monitor and interpret global privacy laws; ensure compliance alignment Perform privacy audits, compliance testing, and gap analysis Review Data Processing Agreements and assess privacy risks Conduct vendor due diligence and third-party risk assessments Advise teams on privacy requirements for new projects, systems, and process chan ges Required Skills :Strong knowledge of global privacy regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, e Ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills Desirable Skills :Experience with privacy compliance tools, frameworks, or GRC plat forms Connect with VRINDA GUPTA for more insights Email - [email protected]
