Salesforce QA Consultant

Job Description – Salesforce QA Consultant Role: Salesforce QA Consultant Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Noida Employment Type: Full Time Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Consultant with hands-on experience in testing Salesforce applications across multiple clouds. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery through comprehensive functional, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities Perform manual, functional, smoke, and sanity testing on Salesforce applications.

Validate business processes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Conduct end-to-end testing for Loyalty Management and B2B Commerce implementations. Execute API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools such as Postman.

Validate Data Extensions, ETL processes, and SQL/SOQL queries to ensure data accuracy. Perform integration testing with third-party platforms such as Shopify, POS systems, Talkdesk, and React-based portals. Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect reports.

Track and manage defects using JIRA (Zephyr/AIO) or similar tools. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Conduct regression testing for new releases, fixes, and enhancements.

Cloud Expertise Expectations Candidates should have basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce clouds, with at least 2+ years of experience across two or more clouds, such as: Marketing Cloud – Focus on Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript, Data Extensions, and integration testing. Consumer Goods Cloud – Experience with industry-specific testing in high-volume consumer implementations. Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B) – Testing of storefronts, checkout flows, promotions, inventory management, performance, and PCI compliance considerations.

Playwright + Salesforce QA – Automation expertise using the Playwright framework along with hands-on Salesforce cloud testing.
