Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable (AR) Management End-to-end management of Accounts Receivable processes Preparation and circulation of Daily AR Collection reports Monitoring customer outstanding balances and ageing analysis Follow-up with sales and regional teams for collection updates Preparation of Monthly Debtors Ageing Report Tracking and reconciliation of customer advances and receipts Coordination with customers for balance confirmations and dispute resolution Preparation of AR MIS and collection forecasts Inventory Management Inventory reconciliation and monitoring of inventory movements Preparation of monthly inventory schedules and analysis Inventory valuation and reconciliation with GL Support in monthly inventory closing activities Monitoring slow-moving and non-moving inventory Support during physical verification and audit requirements Travel Accounting & Concur Management Handling employee travel and expense accounting processes Administration and management of Concur expense management system Verification and accounting of employee travel and reimbursement claims Coordination with employees for timely submission and clarification of expenses Preparation and circulation of travel expense MIS and analytical reports Skills & Competencies Strong working knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting functions Good communication and coordination skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams 4-6 years of related experience Preferred CWA/ICWAI
