Sales Specialist

Location : Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Vishakhapatnam and Delhi Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (B.Sc / M.Sc) - B.Tech in Biotech (preferred) - Candidates from Life Sciences or related streams are highly encouraged to apply. Experience: - 0–5 years of experience in sales or related field - Freshers with strong interest in sales and biotechnology are welcome Key Requirements: - Strong enthusiasm for sales and willingness to travel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset - Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Job Responsibilities: - Drive sales of process-related biopharma consumables and reagents - Identify and generate new business leads while maintaining relationships with existing clients - Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product value to customers - Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions in coordination with internal teams - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Scientific, Product Development, Purchase, Logistics, and Warehouse - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure - Maintain accurate records of daily activities, client interactions, and sales progress - Continuously update knowledge of product portfolio and industry trends - Provide demand forecasts to support operational planning - Assist in preparation of marketing materials and sales support documentation - Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients Why Join Us?
