As a digital transformation and cloud solutions company with strong expertise in Financial Services, Insurance Services, Learning Solutions and Immersive Technology, we innovate and create a niche for organizations in an ever-evolving digital landscape Experience Required : 2+ years in inside sales or a similar role Role Overview Novac eLearning is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with proven experience in international sales with Learning & Development (L&D) solution sales (USA & EMEA) exposure. The role requires a strong background in consultative selling, lead generation, and relationship management across global markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle for eLearning and training solutions. The candidate needs to work in the afternoon shifts. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and other digital channels.

Research target accounts, market segments, and regions to identify new business opportunities. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify prospects with relevant training and learning requirements. Conduct discovery calls with L&D leaders, HR heads, training managers, and other senior stakeholders.

Present and position Novac eLearning’s offerings, including LMS, eLearning content, virtual training, and custom learning solutions. Coordinate product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients. Maintain accurate and updated records of prospects, activities, and pipeline status in the Zoho CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and delivery, to ensure seamless progression through the sales cycle. Support follow-up’s and deal closure activities for Inbound and Outbound Leads. Contribute to revenue targets and sales performance objectives.

Required Qualifications 2 to 6 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales development. Demonstrated experience in selling to international markets (USA & EMEA). Prior exposure to L&D, eLearning, EdTech, SaaS, or training services sales is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage effectively with senior-level decision-makers in a consultative sales environment. Proficiency in Zoho CRM tools and structured sales processes.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience selling to the US, UK, Europe, or other global markets. Knowledge of corporate training, digital learning, and custom learning solutions.

Strong understanding of solution selling and opportunity qualification. Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously. Good analytical and follow-up skills.
