CAE Analyst Cooling Structures

Experience:3-8 Yrs 1. Individual contributor in delivering Cooling System CAE projects (Cooling Hose Sag Analysis) 2. Execute and check the progress of projects and suggest alternatives whenever required to make sure the delivery milestones are met, with the appropriate quality and cost. 3. Leverage team competency by bringing new technology/concept to deliver Program CAE 4. Provide technical guidance on Cooling CAE Durability attributes projects; establish as a "GoTO" person 5. Take initiative and responsibility for new challenging projects and collaborate with a team to deliver the task. 6. Ensure lessons learnt are captured, translated & applied to future programs. 7. Participate in Tech club meetings and support developing action plans and solutions for critical issues related to Cooling systems. 8. Should be able to find out the root cause for convergence issues during analysis and mentor the team to complete complex analysis. 9.

Expertise in predicting the failure zone upfront and decide on the better FE modelling procedure to get more accurate CAEresults. 10. Interfacing with the customer on the project status and analysis reviews on closure of TGW/issues within expectation 11. With Good Experience in Durability Analysis, Hypermesh, Abaqus
