Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities UATs, periodic review, test scripts and change controls for Medidata CTMS and IT ServiceNow Infrastructure projects. Support the ongoing CTMS implementation and validate new systems. Collaborate with IT Business Relationships team and daily interact with AD and Head of IT Business Relationships.
Assist clinical operations and clinical system teams in validating the new CTMS. Support Veeva Quality Docs. Cover 14 projects across three CSV resources.
Provide validation summary prior to roll out of new systems. Technical skills: CTMS Medidata, SharePoint, Microsoft Office suite. Education & Experience Provide and develop UATs, periodic review, and test scripts for CTMS Medidata.
Validate Veeva Quality Docs. Develop change controls specifically for ServiceNow. Report findings to Associate Director of IT CSV and Associate Director of IT Business Relationships.
Previous experience as a CSV consultant at a pharmaceutical company. Prior experience working on CSV for a CTMS. Experience with Veeva and Medidata.
