Job Title: Website Designer - UI/UX & Visual Design Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month Experience: 1 to 3 years Industry: Technology / SaaS / B2B About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer who can take complete ownership of redesigning and improving our existing website — and shape the look and feel of everything we build going forward. This is not a support role. You will be the person who decides how we look to the world.

If you have a strong eye for design, understand modern web aesthetics, and can translate a brand vision into a clean, high-converting website — we want to talk to you. What You Will Work On Redesign and improve our existing website from the ground up Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes before development Design landing pages, product pages, and marketing pages that convert Maintain visual consistency across the entire website and brand assets Collaborate with the team on new feature pages and product updates Ensure the website is responsive, fast-loading, and mobile-friendly Work with developers to bring designs to life accurately Continuously improve the website based on user feedback and performance data What We Are Looking For 1 to 3 years of experience in website or UI/UX design Strong portfolio showing real websites you have designed — not just mockups Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) and Adobe XD or similar tools Good understanding of design principles — typography, color, spacing, layout Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a strong plus Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms preferred Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver without constant follow-up Must be based in Jaipur and available to work on-site What We Offer ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month based on experience and skills Real ownership — you will be the designer, not one of many Direct collaboration with founders and the core team A fast-moving, no-politics work environment Opportunity to grow with the company as we scale
