The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining large-scale, high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular to support Risk Technology platforms and reporting workflows.

Translate business and functional requirements into intuitive, user-friendly front-end components. Integrate front-end applications with backend services (Databricks) and APIs (Java), ensuring secure and efficient data exchange. Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components and adhere to enterprise coding and design standards.

Develop responsive, cross-browser user interfaces. Implement state management solutions such as NgRx, RxJS, or equivalent patterns. Participate in front-end architecture and technical standards.

Lead design discussions and contribute to application modernization initiatives. Design and implement micro-frontend architectures where applicable. Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Ensure high code coverage using Jasmine/Karma, Jest, Cypress or Playwright. Manage code using GitHub/Git and follow CI/CD best practices Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, provide L3 support for incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Required Skills: Strong expertise in Angular (recent 5+ yrs experience mandatory) Angular internals & architecture depth (change detection, dependency injection, lifecycle hooks) Advanced RxJS / reactive programming Front-end performance optimization (lazy loading, AOT, bundle tuning, profiling) Scalable UI architecture (modular design / micro-frontend implementation) UI frameworks & UX for data-heavy apps Extensive experience with AG Grid Angular (handling large datasets and performance tuning) Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and CSS Familiarity with: GitHub / Git ServiceNow Jira / Confluence Preferred: Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, Flask Experience with Microservices, REST API’s, Kubernetes, Experience with SQL, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Experience in Market Risk or Financial Services domain Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Minimum 10+ years of experience in development roles Timings: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST Organization Overview: Mizuho Global Services (MGS), Pune is an integral part of Mizuho Financial Group, one of the world’s leading financial institutions with a strong global presence across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.
