Visual Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visual Designer role based in Vasant Kunj. The Visual Designer will translate brand strategies into compelling visual identities, including logos, color systems, typography, and design frameworks.

Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics for digital and print, designing marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations, and campaign visuals. The role involves collaborating closely with brand strategists, copywriters, and performance teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints. The Visual Designer will also contribute to web and interface design, maintain design libraries, and iterate on concepts based on feedback and performance insights.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating clear visual hierarchy, composition, and storytelling. Experience in Branding, including creating or extending visual identity systems across multiple channels. Ability to produce high-quality Graphics for digital, social, and print formats aligned with brand guidelines.

Working knowledge of Web Design principles and responsive layouts, with familiarity in designing for web and mobile environments. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar). Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes. Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; agency or studio experience is a plus.
