Job Description
Onsite support for pre-installation, or commissioning survey whenever is necessary. Inverter Troubleshooting at customer site with detail project understanding and analysis. Provide telephonic technical support over service line.
Keeping a proper record of customer project information and keep updating as an when itβs needed. Person should be able to deliver presentation at public conferences on explaining product technical. Person should able to do competitor analysis and should highlight the key point to sales team.
Person will be responsible for product technical qualification. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. Monitoring equipment, inverter performance and collect the inverter generation data on regular basis for post project commissioning analysis.
Close communication with customer, to understand customer needs and feedback, for any product improvement. The ability to remain professional under pressure. Person should be able to deliver product training as an when it needed by customer On-site or remotely.
Person should be comfortable to travel with in the region as an when its needed. Qualifications : Person should have good knowledge of power electronics, solar inverter, PV module fundamentals, solar power plant. Person should have qualification of BE/B-Tech/ Diploma in electrical, electronics-telecommunication.
Good communication skill in speaking and writing ( English). More preference to candidate already working or having good experience on handling solar string-inverters. More preference to candidate who is willing to join on immediate basis or within 15 days.
