Designation: Head - Business Development (International Markets) Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Experience: 10+Years Salary: upto 36 LPA About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive growth across international markets, including the US, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling accounting and finance outsourcing services and a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close international business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across international markets.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for Accounting Outsourcing, Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Audit Support, and CFO Services. Build and maintain strong relationships with CPA firms, Accounting Firms, CFOs, Controllers, and Business Owners. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and industry events.
Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations. Prepare proposals, commercial agreements, pricing models, and service offerings based on client requirements. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term client retention. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging outsourcing opportunities. Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, forecasts, and business development reports.
Preferred Experience Experience selling Accounting Outsourcing, Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Audit Support, CFO Services, or Finance & Accounting Outsourcing solutions. Existing network within CPA Firms, Accounting Firms, and Finance Professionals will be preferred. Demonstrated success in acquiring international clients and closing high-value contracts.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience working with North American, European, or Australian clients. Target Markets United States Canada Australia Europe United Kingdom Working Hours US Market: Night Shift Australia Market: Early Morning Shift (around 4:00 AM onwards) Other geographies: As per respective time zones.
