Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Interior Design Manager. The Interior Design Manager will oversee and manage design projects from concept to execution, ensuring top-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing and managing interior design concepts, collaborating with clients and vendors, creating and reviewing construction drawings, supervising furniture selection and placement, and coordinating with architecture and construction teams to ensure alignment across all project phases. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, and business networking.

Conduct client consultations to understand design requirements and budget expectations. Prepare project proposals, quotations, and presentations. Convert leads into successful projects through effective sales strategies.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Design & Project Management Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements. Prepare space planning, mood boards, and design presentations.

Coordinate with architects, vendors, and execution teams. Ensure projects are executed as per approved designs and timelines. Conduct site visits and provide design guidance during project execution.

Monitor project quality, cost, and customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor the design and sales team. Allocate projects and monitor team performance.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance design and sales capabilities. Foster a collaborative and customer-centric work culture. Ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to project handover.

Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions. Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage referrals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Interior Design, Sales, or Project Management.

Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, finishes, and space planning. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, or similar design software. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
