Partner Enablement Manager As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will own the development and delivery of training content for Dialpad partners, design hands‑on learning activities, and create concise sales resources. You will support the simplification, documentation, and successful launch of our products, features, and pricing methods to the partner community while working closely with partner sales leadership, product and marketing teams, and partner engineering. What You’ll Do Product & Pricing SME Serve as the primary expert for Dialpad’s entire product portfolio, add‑ons, pricing workflows, and go‑to‑market strategy.

Core partner trainer for all product or pricing updates and launches. Maintain all partner‑facing product and pricing materials in Dialpad’s CMS (Highspot). Act as an instructional designer, building partner training courses in LMS (Docebo).

Product Launch Enablement Lead Consult on end‑to‑end product strategy, go‑to‑market dependencies, and pricing navigation. Curate all launch‑related live training, resources, feedback loops, and reinforcement activities for all partner roles. Product Readiness for Partners Consult with partner leadership to identify gaps in skills or knowledge and design training programs to address them.

Develop and deliver interactive training workshops, job resources, practice activities, demo certifications, and more. Data‑Driven Enablement Spearhead product feedback sessions and surveys to inform the product team and enablement approach. Work closely with the overall sales enablement team to ensure initiatives are aligned and integrated across the business.

Skills You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, Sales Engineering, Technical Training, or a related role supporting partner teams, ideally in UCaaS or CCaaS. Strong technical acumen and understanding of basic sales processes and terminology. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Experience with generative or agentic AI tools, Docebo (LMS), and Highspot (CMS) preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
