Job Description
We are partnering with a high-growth medical technology company to support the expansion of its innovative surgical robotics platform across the Midwest United States. This field-based role is focused on driving adoption of a disruptive capital technology across softâtissue surgery. You will work closely with surgeons, hospital leadership, and crossâfunctional teams to deliver clinical and economic value, supporting the use of roboticâassisted solutions in general surgery, gynecology, urology, and thoracic procedures.
Key Responsibilities Own and deliver against regional sales targets, driving revenue growth and market penetration Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across hospitals and surgical centers Lead the full capital sales cycle, including demonstrations, evaluations, negotiations, and closing Build strong relationships with surgeons, clinical stakeholders, and Câsuite decisionâmakers Translate clinical benefits into tailored financial business cases to support adoption Conduct inâtheatre observation and workflow analysis to identify customer pain points Deliver product demonstrations and manage extended evaluation / âtest driveâ programs Support contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and account agreements Ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing customer success Collaborate crossâfunctionally with marketing, medical affairs, and customer support teams Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and sales activity reporting Qualifications Bachelorâs degree in business, life sciences, or a related field Minimum 7+ years of medical device sales experience Proven track record in capital equipment sales (preferred) Experience within minimally invasive, laparoscopic, or softâtissue surgery Strong understanding of general surgery, gynecology, urology, and/or thoracic procedures Demonstrated success navigating complex hospital sales cycles and multiâstakeholder environments Experience within surgical robotics and/or selling into IDNs considered a strong advantage Established network of surgeons and key opinion leaders is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
