The Marketing and Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting interior solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining a sales pipeline, and following up to ensure a positive customer experience. The role also involves supporting marketing activities such as local promotions, digital outreach, and brand-building initiatives to increase visibility and inquiries.

The Specialist will collaborate with design and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables and provide accurate information on timelines, pricing, and services. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, understand requirements, and build long-term relationships. Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.

Experience in Sales Management and Training to track performance, manage pipelines, and support the development of junior team members. Basic understanding of interior design or construction services is an advantage, with the ability to translate technical information into client-friendly language. Ability to work on-site in Wayanad, manage field visits, and adapt to a dynamic, project-based work environment.

Proficiency with common office and CRM tools for maintaining records, reports, and client communications. Preferred: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or interiors.
