Senior Business Development Manager - Field Sales | Commercial Solar Energy | UK Field Based £48,000–£60,000 (DOE) | Car Allowance + 25p/mile | OTE 10-15K year 1 / 20-30K Y2 Outrageous growth opportunity with Autonomy and huge rewards A well-established German solar brand. The gap is the opportunity .We're hiring Sales Managers across three UK regions to help get us there .3 Live vacancies - You can live in the South West/M4 Suffolk/Norfolk/Essex/Cambridgeshire, South Yorkshire, Cheshire, Staffs, East Mid or West Mids .So much opportunity - Sitting ducks, premium brand, 90% new business then account management - Build it : ££££ The role in a sentence Your target customer installs 200–500 solar systems a year. Get them on board, service them well, and the account manages itself. The hard bit — and the fun bit — is the hun t 80% new business. 10% account managemen t. 3-4 days on the road. 1+ day home.
Revenue target: £3m–£5m per year at full pace.
