Solar Project Manager

Position: Site Engineer / Project Manager – SolarCochin Kerala Place - Cochin/Kerala Experience: 5+ years Employment Type: Full-time Salary - Competitive Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer with strong project execution experience. Candidates with prior exposure to the solar industry will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery Coordinate procurement, logistics, and on-site activities Provide basic technical oversight and resolve site issues Support client coordination and project reporting Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 5+ years of experience in project execution (solar preferred) Strong team management and site coordination skills Practical understanding of installations, timelines, and problem-solving on-site Preferred: Prior experience in solar EPC projects Ability to design Single Line Diagrams (SLD), with a good understanding of electrical systems, procurement processes, and technical drawings.
