Design Manager

Job Description: Design Manager – Corporate Office Interiors Location: Hydrabad Experience: 6–7 Years Qualification: Bachelor's Architecture & Project management degree/ experience About the Role We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our Workplace Interiors team. The ideal candidate will be an Architect with strong project management experience and a proven track record in delivering corporate office interior projects. This role requires close coordination with design teams, consultants, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution while maintaining the highest standards of design quality and intent.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal designers, external consultants, and project managers to ensure alignment across all project stages. Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality and ensure adherence to approved design intent. Work closely with on-site project teams to resolve design and technical issues Facilitate design review meetings and provide design guidance throughout project delivery.

Identify and address design deviations, quality concerns, and coordination challenges proactively. Required Skills & Experience 6–7 years of experience in Architecture and Corporate Office Interior Design projects. Strong understanding of workplace interiors, construction detailing, materials, and fit-out execution.

Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants and site execution teams. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on design quality and execution excellence. Software Skills AutoCAD Revit Microsoft Office Suite Project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) Preferred Candidate Profile Architect with experience in both design development and project execution. Hands-on experience in monitoring site quality and ensuring design intent is achieved.
