Location: Hyderabad (On-site)- Role overview Fleetronix is building a visibility, risk mitigation, and supply chain intelligence platform for industries where movement of goods and assets is critical. We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager who can drive market growth across two key segments: Industrial / Enterprise Segment โ€” Steel, Cement, Mining, Infrastructure Fleet & Institutional Segment โ€” Fleet Owners, Transporters, Schools, Retail/Distribution Networks This role goes beyond selling โ€” it is about understanding industry workflows, solving real operational challenges, and building scalable markets. - CORE RESPONSIBILITES Market development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities across target segments Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline Drive consultative, solution-led sales conversations Deliver product demos, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers Close complex, high-value B2B deals Segment Ownership (Critical Focus)โœ… Industrial / Enterprise Market Builder Work with industries such as steel, cement, mining, infrastructure Engage with supply chain, logistics, and plant leadership teams Position solutions around: Supply chain visibility Cargo security & theft prevention Operational efficiency and control Must-have: Deep understanding of: Industrial logistics flows Dispatch and delivery challenges Vendor/contractor ecosystem Ground-level operational realities โœ… Fleet & Institutional Growth Driver Work with fleet owners, transport companies, schools, and retail networks Build strong relationships with operators, fleet managers, and business owners Drive adoption of solutions around: Fleet visibility Utilization and route efficiency Safety, compliance, and service reliability Must-have: Strong understanding of: Fleet operations and economics Transport ecosystem challenges Driver behavior, route management, and utilization Marketing & Demand Generation Design and execute targeted demand generation campaigns Manage digital and offline outreach programs Drive thoughtful positioning and messaging for solutions Track campaign performance and ROI Market Intelligence & Strategy Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis Provide insights on pricing, positioning, and new use cases Feed market learnings into product and GTM strategy Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product, operations, and customer success teams Ensure strong alignment between sales promise and delivery experience Performance Management Track: Pipeline growth Conversion ratios Revenue achievements Drive data-backed decision making Qualifications 5โ€“10 years of experience in: B2B Sales / Industrial Sales / Solution Sales SaaS, logistics, telematics, supply chain, or related sectors Proven experience in one or more industries is mandatory: Steel / Cement / Mining / Infrastructure Fleet / Transport / Logistics / Distribution Critical Requirement (Non-Negotiable) Candidates must have deep, hands-on understanding of the industry they come from This includes: How the industry actually operates on ground Key stakeholders and decision-makers Operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies Commercial and procurement dynamics โŒ This is not a pure sales role for generalists โœ… This is a role for domain-aware solution sellers Key Skills Consultative & solution selling Strong negotiation and closing ability Market creation and expansion mindset Strategic thinking with execution focus Stakeholder management at senior levels
