Join Shannex as a Finance Analyst, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for Saffron Hill Hospitality. This permanent role is essential for effective financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of finance experience to Shannex’s Operations team.

Reporting to the Director of Finance Operations, your role will center on analyzing financial data and aligning it with operational goals. Collaboration with corporate shared services will ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and financial governance. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze data to identify financial trends and risks • Lead preparation of performance reports for operational leaders • Support month-end financial closure processes • Collaborate with teams for accurate financial deliverables • Develop financial modeling tools for decision support Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree; CPA designation a plus • Experience in operational finance roles required • Proficiency in budgeting and variance analysis • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP tools • Familiarity with compliance in healthcare beneficial Contribute to financial excellence and continuous improvement as a Finance Analyst at Shannex. #J-18808-Ljbffr
