Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere in Canada!) We help them ditch the feast-or-famine cycle to build predictable, sustainable pipelines through cutting‑edge systems, processes, automation, and AI. We are expanding at record‑breaking speeds, and we need a sharp, tech‑savvy Client Implementation & Strategy Manager to become the strategic heartbeat of our client relationships. The Role You are the critical link that turns our tech and strategy into real‑world results.
You will spend a large portion of your day on video calls with Canadian mortgage brokers—consulting, strategizing, and guiding them through our proprietary 12‑week framework . This is a dynamic role blending tech implementation, client consultation, and project management. You will cleanly take over clients from our sales/onboarding teams, guide them through their system setup (built on GoHighLevel), and collaborate with our internal fulfillment team to ensure everything is built to perfection.
Key Responsibilities Client Strategy & Consulting: Lead daily Zoom calls with brokers to guide them through system implementation, pipeline reviews, and growth strategies. System Execution: Help clients navigate and maximize their new systems (built on GoHighLevel and integrated with their loan systems). Project Management: Meticulously track client progress, pipeline stages, and project updates using our internal systems.
Team Delegation: Translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks and delegate them to our internal backend team so nothing falls through the cracks. What You Bring to the Table Mortgage Industry Expertise: 3+ years of Canadian mortgage industry experience is essential. You must inherently understand the Canadian mortgage landscape, loan systems, and broker pain points.
Proactive Self‑Starter: You are resourceful and highly independent. You naturally research solutions and try to figure out a problem on your own before asking for help. Natural Documenter: You don't just solve problems—you document them.
You proactively create clear guidelines and SOPs so the team can scale. Tech‑Savvy: Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar robust CRMs and marketing automation platforms is highly preferred. Vibrant Personality: You have a friendly, highly motivating, and magnetic personality.
You connect easily with people over video and keep clients excited and accountable. Communication: Flawless, professional English communication skills (written and verbal). Your First 90 Days Days 1–30: Shadow the team, join client meetings, master our tech stack, and proactively write clear SOPs to cement your workflow.
Days 30–60: Begin taking on your own clients and leading implementation meetings with hands‑on leadership support and review. Days 60–90: Achieve complete independence, managing your account load, handling clean handoffs, and successfully driving clients through the framework.
