Your role will focus on translating business needs into clear requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and guiding the development process. You'll also support decisions on whether to build in-house or collaborate with a vendor, adapting your focus to meet project demands. Key Responsibilities: • Engage stakeholders to assess and document requirements • Translate business needs into concrete user stories • Collaborate with internal technical teams on solution estmation • Facilitate requirements refinement workshops • Develop comprehensive documentation on software features Requirements: • University degree in computer science or related field • 5+ years of business analysis experience • Proficiency in writing user stories in Agile • Experience managing software releases • Valid B.C.
