As a key player, you will manage run-offs, validate processes, and collaborate with teams to optimize operations involving rotating equipment.
Your skills in troubleshooting and capability improvements will drive production efficiency while ensuring quality. Engage directly with production and maintenance to implement best practices and achieve desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities: โข Manage machine run-offs ensuring capability and quality โข Execute validations and pre-production builds thoroughly โข Support and debug rotating machine tool installations โข Drive continuous improvements in machining processes โข Address issues related to vibration and tool wear Requirements: โข Engineering degree or equivalent experience โข Minimum 3-5 years in machining and manufacturing โข Proficient in APQP and PPAP methodologies โข Ability to travel across the U.S. and Canada โข Strong skills in GD&T and prints reading Utilize your machining expertise to advance automotive production standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
