About The Team DashMart is a local‑fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality. About The Role We're looking for a people‑focused leader and experienced operations specialist to lead some of our new DashMart facilities. Responsibilities Recruit, lead, coach and retain a high‑performing team of Site Managers (4+ direct reports), Assistant Site Managers, Supervisors and Operations Associates (30+ indirect reports).
As a leader you are a culture carrier. Oversee day‑to‑day operations of 3–6 DashMart locations, ensuring all site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely. Drive site profitability, review P&Ls, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
Design, build and execute process improvement projects to drive operational efficiencies and employee experience. Support growth initiatives and contribute to market expansion. Work cross‑functionally with central teams to ensure sites deliver the best customer experience on every order and provide the tools, resources and support needed to achieve these goals.

You have proven leadership experience managing teams of 15+ employees. You act like an owner and support a 24/7 business across multiple shifts. You have 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Consulting, Strategy or a related field.
Bonus Points Experience starting or scaling a successful startup. Operational experience in logistics and/or fulfillment center/warehousing. Experience building and training high‑performing teams.
Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. Base pay range: $82,500—$103,000 CAD.
In addition to base salary, compensation includes opportunities for equity grants.
