Operational Manager – Manufacturing Location: Brampton, ON L6W 3N3 (On site) Salary: $33.65 - $38.65 per hour (to be negotiated) / 30 hours per week. Permanent, Full-time employment. Shift options: Morning, Day, Evening.

Advertised until: 2026-06-26 Responsibilities Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning. Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages. Plan and organize daily operations.

Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend replacement of machines. Direct quality control inspections. Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Education required: Bachelor's degree. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in manufacturing or related field.
