The Vacancy Case Manager Inspire Wellbeing is recruiting a compassionate and motivated Case Manager to join our Lena by Inspire service within Therapeutic & Wellbeing Services. This is a primarily clinical role, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred therapeutic programmes. You will manage a clinical caseload, undertake structured triage and risk assessment, coordinate referrals, and deliver brief, time-limited, solution-focused interventions to individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. ??

Ability to manage your own caseload, time and routinely monitor outcomes, and data to ensure service needs are met ? Knowledge and experience of working with clients with mild/moderate mental health conditions (to include students and young people) ? Experience in allocation and coordination of referrals ensuring clients are matched appropriately to clinicians based on need, risk, and therapeutic interventions ?

An understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection and Vulnerable Adults in need of protection policies and procedures ? Assessment, management and escalation of risk and liaising with GP's, multidisciplinary mental health and allied professionals ? A full current driving licence, access to a car and Business Insurance (or reasonable adjustments where applicable) ?
