Job Title Business Analyst (Financial/Procurement) Location Austin, TX (HYBRID) Duration 12+ Months (Long Term) Job No DAG2614 Job Description Responsible for providing project support to Department Directors. Provides consulting services to process and program leaders and team leaders. Analyzes, presents alternatives, makes recommendations and provides assistance for resolving business and technical issues confronting process leaders and team leaders in the areas of planning, performance measurement, change management, and periodic assessment review.
This role is also responsible for day-to-day activities related to contract and vendor management, procurement activities for various business units and technological applications used within Customer Care. Required Skills Graduation with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a field related to the job. 8 years of experience analyzing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts and finding solutions for difficult or complex problems. 8 years of experience with cost-benefit analysis and total cost of ownership modeling. Preferred Skills 2+ years of Procurement Lifecycle Experience. 3+ years of Financial System and Payment Reconciliation Experience. 1+ year of Contract negotiation, tactics and best practices. 1+ year of Ability to quickly become familiar with emerging technologies, complex contracting, and benchmarking documentation. 2+ years of Experience with accurately identifying/determining customer needs and taking appropriate actions and/or steps to address identified needs. 2+ years of Experience with recognizing, valuing, and including different perspectives, experiences, approaches, and cultures in achieving organizational goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
