Overview Manager – Design | Bay Area, California Design is about understanding people, solving problems, balancing creativity with commercial realities, and transforming ideas into environments that inspire. As we expand our footprint across commercial, residential, and hospitality interiors in the United States, we are seeking a seasoned Design Leader to join our Bay Area team. Responsibilities Lead high-impact design projects from concept to execution Inspire and mentor a talented team of designers Own client relationships and drive design excellence Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and execution teams Balance creativity, budgets, timelines, and business outcomes Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and strong understanding of project profitability Be the face of design in client pitches and project kickoffs Lead end-to-end creative strategy and delivery across high-impact commercial spaces Build and mentor a team of designers, architects, and visualizers Ensure quality benchmarks across GFC, materiality, detailing, and budgeting Partner with sales, operations, and execution to maintain budget, vision, and timelines Bring in entrepreneurial energy with a focus on profitability and user experience Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience in Interior Design Strong portfolio across commercial, residential, or hospitality projects Experience managing multiple projects and client stakeholders Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills Deep understanding of materials, costing, budgeting, scheduling, and execution details US interior design and execution experience preferred Location Bay Area, California How to Apply If you know someone who would be a great fit—or if this sounds like your next challenge—please reach out or send your profile to us. #J-18808-Ljbffr
