Duty Manager

Duty Manager – Burger King Edinburgh Waverley Station Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour, plus an incentive of £1.50 per hour for shifts between midnight and 6 am, bringing the total to £15.25 per hour. Hours of operation: 6 am – 12:30 am. Flexible across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Join our team as a Duty Manager and lead hospitality at SSP. Work with iconic brands such as Starbucks, M&S, Burger King and BrewDog across busy locations in the UK and Ireland. Each day presents new challenges – lead your team, deliver great service, and contribute to the team's energy.

About You Hospitality moves fast – you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day. You are 18 years of age or older (required for certain responsibilities or shifts). Duty Manager Responsibilities Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.

Lead your team through busy shifts, maintaining high energy and a positive atmosphere. Be the go-to person for customer and team queries, ensuring outstanding customer service. Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.

Prior experience leading a team in a busy hospitality or retail environment; night shift experience is a plus. We Offer Discounted meals while on shifts. Employee discounts.
