Qualifications To be successful in the role, you’ll have previous experience in leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment. Responsibilities Champion our mission and values to create the Starbucks experience for our customers and partners.

Understand your market, get to know the competition and identify opportunities to drive store profitability. Be an ambassador for our partner networks, making sure our partners know they belong. Execute store operations through your team on scheduled shifts and days off, ensuring opening, closing and weekends are covered.

Analyze data and leverage observations in store to inform decision‑making that improves customer and overall store performance. Work with store leaders to use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labour within required budgets and recruit talent. Cascade and roll out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.

Support partner growth through performance and development, coaching and building positive relationships. Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance. Additional Information Working hours could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

All retail store partners start with an introductory training programme led by in‑store trainers and coaches to immerse them in Starbucks culture and set them up for success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
