Job Description 13hrs p/w; Mon 07:00 - 11:30; Wed 08:30 - 13:00; Thu 12:00 - 16:00 About the Role As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience. No two days are ever the same, which is part of the fun. Here’s an idea of what’s in store for you: Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect product and completing purchases at the till.
Brand Bra Experience – provide our brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on sizing and style. Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find items they need and discover new options. Store Standards – maintain front‑and‑back store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, assist loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
