Senior Sports Business Development Partner (Freelance / Remote)

If you are senior in sports business and know the right people at clubs, leagues, brands, sponsors or governing bodies, we would like to work with you. North of Normal is a specialist sports creative and production agency delivering campaigns and content internationally. We work on projects ranging from €25k to €300k+, and we are looking for well-connected people who can open doors for us in UK.

This is a commission-only arrangement with no retainer, no salary and no operational involvement. You make introductions to decision-makers you already have relationships with. We handle everything from there.

What it looks like in practice: You connect us with brands, clubs, sponsors or agencies in your network We take care of the pitch, delivery and client relationship You earn commission on every project that closes This works best for senior professionals who are already embedded in sports business. Consultants, former executives, agents, people who are well connected and want a straightforward way to put that network to work alongside whatever else they are doing.
