We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Home Manager to lead a well-established care home in Leicester. As Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance.

You will lead from the front, driving a positive culture and delivering strong operational and clinical outcomes.
